Engineering organization LLC "ADC" was established in 1998. Leading activities of the company initially consisted in reconstruction and rebuilding of old industrial and non-industrial buildings into trade and entertainment centers together with their following development and administration.
The first company's project of this kind is the retail complex "MegaMarket" on Moskovskii Avenue, 6 (2000-2002 years). The total area of the complex is 12000 sq. m. "Butterfly" Movie-Theater that has three cinema halls (528 seats), electronics store and different boutiques can be found in the complex.
The second retail complex, built on the basis of reconstructed industrial building, "MegaMarket" on Gorkogo Street, 50 (2000-2003 years) includes three halls "Butterfly" Movie Theater (566 seats), restaurant and casino. Total area of this complex is 17000 sq. m.
On Surikova Street, 3 trade center "MegaMarket" is situated with total area 20000 sq. m.
Entertaining center "Ultramarine" on Uritskogo Street, 1 is the first project that is not a reconstruction of a building but a project that's fully developed and created by LLC "ADC". "Ultramarine" (2004) is 20000 sq. m of entertainment: six halls "Butterfly" Movie Theater, spacious caf?, immense hall of game machines, casino, two bowling halls (6 and 12 paths), cozy bars and restaurant, sushi bar. Concert hall, casino and restaurant "Oasis" that are situated in the center offer you delicious food and bright performances. Conference hall is a perfect place for seminars, conferences, presentations and meetings. In bowling club "Ultramarine" it's possible to have company parties, amateur and professional tournaments for kids and adults, family parties and spend wonderful time with friends. Children can play in the labyrinths and ride the slides at the playground.
But the main part of the complex is the Movie Theater "Butterfly-Ultramarine" that consists of six halls (333, 226, 244, 244, 134 and 134 seats) and has excellent projecting and sound system and comfortable chairs. There also is a VIP-hall with more comfortable chairs.
Trade and entertainment center "Terminal" situated in Brovary town in Kyiv region is the second project developed and built by LLC "ADC". The first part of this center was built in 2005, the second in 2007. "Terminal" includes retail complex "MegaMarket" (12000 sq. m), indoor carting (7500 sq. m), four halls Movie Theater "Butterfly", skating rink, hotel, fitness center, bowling, casino, cafes and restaurants, concert hall and indoor water park. The skating rink with total area 1800 sq. m can be both an entertainment place and rink for hockey championships.
Trade and entertainment complex "Bilshovyk" on Hetmana Street, 6 consists of three parts. The first part was open in 2006, the second in 2008 and the third in 2009. "Bilshovyk" includes trade center "MegaMarket" (12000 sq. m), electronics store, boutiques area, bowling, skating rink, children playground, cafes and restaurants, four halls Movie Theater "Butterfly".
"ADC" is interested not only in building of up to date trade and entertainment centers of current importance but also in development of professional experience in creation of projects of public significance. So the first this type of project of "ADC" company is the project of multifunctional center on Gorkogo Street. Besides usual "MegaMarket" trade center, "Butterfly" Movie Theater, boutiques and entertainment areas there also will be A-class office block, 4-stars hotel with SPA and fitness center, restaurants and conference hall.
