Trade and Entertainment Center "Bolshevik"
Kiev is a big industrial center. The big amount of plants and factories perfectly proves it. Closing of these factories provoked downtime of spacious premises and created new possibilities for construction of Trade and Entertainment Centers.
Trade and Entertainment Center "Bolshevik" - is a modern and fashionable center situated on the territory of the so named machine-building plant in the developing center of Kiev. "Bolshevik" consists of three buildings.
In 2006 the first stage of trade center was opened, the total area of Building "Á" is 35000sq.m. it has three levels. Retail center "MegaMarket" is situated on the first floor with the total area 12000sq.m. and the electronics store "Technopolis" - 4600sq.m. Boutique gallery is situated on the second levels - here one can find clothes, shoes and household goods shops. Sandwich-bar is placed around the panoramic elevator which goes from the boutique gallery of the second level to the boutique gallery of the third level. There is a sushi-bar in the foyer of the second level. Three-level parking is connected with the second level of Building "Á" and has three entrances to the center.
The second stage of the Center - Building "A" - was opened in 2008. The building with the total area of 35000sq.m consists of three levels. The first level contains boutiques of sports and leisure clothes, skating rink with the area of 1800sq.m, caf?. Restaurant "Tovarishch & Mauser" is situated on the underground floor. The second level has boutiques area, fast-foods, game-machines area and children playground. The third level also has some clothes shops, restaurant, bowling and billiard. This level is connected with the second level of boutique gallery of the Building "Á" with the bridge on which one can find art-caf? "Peppier-Mache".
In November, 2009 was opened the third stage of the "Bolshevik" center -Building "B". Its total area is about 30000sq.m and it includes 4-halls Movie-Theater "Butterfly", boutique area and several floors of office area. Building "B" is connected with Building "Á" with the bridge. There is a caf? which goes to the lounge zone. Every level is connected with the elevators and escalator.
Complex has both above and underground parking space.
Trade and Entertainment Center "Terminal"
Trade and Entertainment Center "Terminal" (Brovary Town, Kievskaya Street, 316) - is the complex which was designed and built by ADC Group. Its main concept was to create a center which can cover the interests and to satisfy the needs of different customers. Thanks to its situation - far from the downtown Kiev - it became an attractive place for time spending for the whole family and not only for the Brovary citizens.
The total area of the center is - 90000sq.m. the first stage of the center opened in 2005, the second - in 2007. This complex includes retail center "MegaMarket" - about 12000sq.m, two floors of boutiques of clothes and shoes, electronics store with the area 5100sq.m, the first in Ukraine indoor carting - about 7500sq.m, 4halls Movie-Theater "Butterfly", laser game "Hyperboloid", hotel, fitness-center, caf?, brewery, concert-hall for concerts, trainings, seminars; bowling-club. Skating rink in Trade canter "Terminal" - about 1800sq.m - is the ice-sports complex oriented both for the hobby skating and for international championships.
In 2009 the third stage of "Terminal" was opened - it's the first in Kiev region waterpark. This is the indoor waterpark with the transparent telescoping roof. Thanks to this there is an opportunity to open the roof during warm period of year, what allows the visitors to enjoy the sun bathing. To help in the roof building were invited the representatives of Canadian company OpenAire. 5 swimming pools, hot tub, SPA-zone, sauna, bars, restaurants, 9 restaurants and children playground is situated on the area of 20500sq.m.
Entertainment Center "Ultramarine"
Entertainment Center "Ultramarine" on Uritskogo Street, 1a, is a modern and stylish complex, in construction of which the materials of high quality were used. Now we can say with honor that the complex occupies good position on the Ukrainian market.
"Ultramarine" - it's 20000sq.m of entertainment. It includes two halls of bowling for 12 and 6 tracks (the equipment is of American company "AMF Bowling"), spacious panoramic caf?, immense hall of game machines, cozy bars and restaurants, sushi-bar. Conference-hall in "Ultramarine" is the perfect place for the conferences, presentations, seminars and meetings. For kids we created the children playground where they can have fun in labyrinths and ride the slides.
But the main part of the complex is the 6-halls Movie-Theater "Butterfly" equipped with the great projecting and sound equipment and with the comfortable chairs. This Movie-Theater was three times awarded with the national rewards for the best theater of Kiev in 2004-2006.
